using clean air as medium, the air is driven by the blower and flow circularly in the closed loop
the air inside the loop reaches the setting pressure value through the compressor and pressure regulator valve group, meanwhile, the temperature inside the loop reaches the set value through heat exchanger and cooling system.
then by comparing the volume flow through mut and master meter at the same period, to obtain the error of indication and repeatability of mut.
